Andrea Esteban: "The aim for VCF Femenino is to be consistent"

New VCF Femenino coach Andrea Esteban spoke to VCF Media Radio this week, giving her opinion on her promotion to the new role.
“I'm very excited and believe a lot in this project. We are getting to work preparing the 2021/22 season," she said to the club radio station.
“I want to thank the club for the confidence that they've shown in me from the start. They gave me the chance to be a footballer first of all, then to be an assistant coach. Now they are giving me the opportunity to be the head coach."
As for the aims for the campaign ahead, Esteban commented that "The objective is to be consistent. We want to compete against any opposition, believe in our way of playing, and impose our way of playing football on the pitch."
